Assessment Center

We have run Assessment Centers for British American Tobacco, Nestle, Unilever Bangladesh Ltd., Hera Sweaters and other organizations. We used to partner up with Unilever Bangladesh to recruit their territory managers. We run an organized Assessment Center where candidates are examined to determine their suitability for specific types of employment. The assessment often consists of different components including interviews, group exercises, presentations, examinations and psychometric testing.
