Job Description
1.To execute and support operation and maintenance activities required to assure network avail- ability of region within agreed SLA and KPI 2.To resolve and follow up eMS (Le. subscriber's complaint) to assure the highest level of cus- tomer satisfaction. 3.To execute physical fault maintenance (PFM/PM) of radio & transport NE proactively. 4. To resolve and follow up fault and quality TT (Trouble Ticket) as per SoP. 5. To execute PAT of newly installed NE under region. 6. To check, execute & assure physical parameter of BTS during PM/site visit. 7. To manage and assure vendor's support achieving regional KPI & business objectives. 8. To assure spare movement for fault recovery and keep documentation. 9. To ensure BTS site’s indoor and outdoor equipment clean and as per standard. 10. To support operational activities under various project in region.
Job Responsibilities
1. Operation and Maintenance of around 300 sites under all-region. 2. FFM report update, MS IT handling 3. Ensuring power backup for BTS sites by Portable generator operation 4. Regular monitoring external fault handling (DC low, Temperature, Door, Phase failure) 5. Performing Preventive and Corrective maintenance of all Power related (Battery, Rectifier and AC) 6. Performing PAT for Rectifier/ Fixed Generator/ IVS/ Other operators share site 7. Performing physical rectification work at site and NCR work if required 8. Perform regular report of Vendors performance evaluation 9. Must have expert knowledge on BTS, Transmission & Power types of equipment.
